About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Government Sales to support our Business Generation team in handling government sales activities, GeM operations, tender documentation, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and submission of Government Tenders and GeM bids.
- Support the team in preparing tender-related documents and maintaining records.
- Manage and update GeM catalogues and product information.
- Assist in coordinating order delivery and execution with internal teams.
- Follow up for pending payments from government clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments for tender, order, and delivery-related activities.
- Maintain proper records of bids, quotations, orders, invoices, and payment status.
- Monitor tender requirements, deadlines, and submission timelines.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Government Sales team.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn about Government Sales, GeM, and Tendering processes. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GeM Portal
- Knowledge of Government Tender / E-Tender processes
