Job Vacancy: Backend Operations & Webinar Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives up to ₹5,000 per month

Eligibility & Requirements

- Must be a graduate. Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.
- Must own a bike or scooter and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be able to understand English; fluent spoken English is not required.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets are essential.
- Must be available for fieldwork approximately two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Export daily Razorpay payment reports and maintain accurate records.
- Call webinar participants, add them to WhatsApp groups, and explain webinar guidelines.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries and convert prospects into paid registrations.
- Upsell webinar recordings, bonus materials, and premium packages.
- Export leads from four IVR machines and conduct manual follow-ups.
- Follow up on failed payments and send bulk WhatsApp reminders using approved tools.




- Distribute webinar bonuses and collect required client information.
- Publish daily content across social media platforms.
- Assist Krishna Sir with backend operations, workflow management, and automation setup.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
