Job Description

Brick Yard Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead, manage, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, proven real estate sales experience, and a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.
- Set sales targets and drive the team to achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Assign and monitor leads, client follow-ups, meetings, and property site visits.
- Guide team members in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor individual performance, team productivity, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct daily team meetings and regular performance reviews.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.




- Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely conversion of leads into bookings.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close property deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Ability to motivate team members and manage sales performance.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
