Responsibilities
- Manage the PET and PP line: sorting, washing, shredding, drying and pelletizing/flaking
- Plan shifts and management & training operators and helpers
- Meet daily output, quality and yield targets
- Coordinate with maintenance to keep machine downtime low
- Maintain production records and enforce safety rules
Requirements
- Experienced candidates only; no freshers
- 2+ years in plastic recycling or a plastic processing plant (PET/PP preferred)
- Able to work under pressure, take direct feedback from senior management and deliver on strict targets
