Urgent Hiring – Service Manager
Location: Mandideep (Bhopal)
Department: Operations
Experience: 10-15 Years in MHE Industry
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through repair, reuse of parts, and optimized maintenance practices.
Ensure safe operation of equipment by promoting safety practices and identifying potential hazards at customer sites.
Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely service support, effective communication, and issue resolution.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to improve machine reliability and reduce breakdowns.
Manage the BD and Complete the Under SLA
Identify current business opportunities at customer sites and support the sales team with technical inputs and machine trials.
Follow company processes, maintain documentation, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with stores to ensure availability of critical parts.
Support training and development of service engineers and operators to improve technical capability and performance.
Identify and recover usable components from scrap or idle machines to optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Participate in improvement initiatives and technical projects to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with service, sales, operations, and supply chain teams for effective execution of business objectives.
Team Leadership & People Management, Technical Problem Solving, Process Improvement & Kaizen, Advanced Excel /MIS Reporting & Data Analysis, Working knowledge of SAP and ERP systems
