Job Description: Business Development Manager
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business contracts and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand client requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand the company's business.
- Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and commercial agreements.
- Develop business plans and growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Support the implementation of business development plans and strategies.
- Manage business deals, commercial operations, and related activities.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure effective implementation of agreed terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and deliver actionable solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
- An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and provide practical, result-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
