About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Assist in offer follow-ups and candidate joining formalities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate; BBA, BMS,



or MBA in HR will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and meet hiring deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.

Skills Required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
