About Feedipy

Feedipy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Karnal office. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, banking-related processes, and accurate data management. Knowledge of accounting and Tally will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company records and systems.
- Maintain and organize spreadsheets, databases, and digital records.
- Use MS Excel for data entry, record management, and preparing reports.
- Handle banking-related data, transactions, and documentation as required.
- Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Assist with accounting-related documentation and record maintenance, as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of business records.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and financial information.
- Coordinate with team members to support daily operational activities.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.




- Basic banking knowledge and familiarity with banking-related processes.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in data entry, banking operations, back-office operations, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Tally software is a plus.
