Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Healthcare Management Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in hospital administration, healthcare operations, healthcare quality management, patient services, healthcare finance, and hospital information systems.

The trainer will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting interactive classes, providing practical case studies, mentoring students, and preparing them for healthcare management career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training in Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration.
- Explain healthcare systems, hospital departments, and healthcare delivery models.
- Teach hospital operations, patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment workflows.
- Train students in healthcare administration, staff coordination, and resource management.
- Explain hospital billing, medical insurance, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
- Introduce healthcare quality management, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
- Provide awareness training on NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes.
- Teach healthcare documentation, medical records management, and confidentiality.
- Explain hospital inventory, pharmacy operations, and procurement fundamentals.
- Introduce healthcare finance, budgeting, and operational performance indicators.
- Provide practical case studies on patient satisfaction, hospital efficiency, and service quality.
- Introduce Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and digital healthcare technologies.
- Incorporate healthcare analytics, Excel reporting, dashboards, and AI applications where appropriate.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project reports.
- Conduct mock interviews, career guidance sessions, and practical assessments.




- Mentor students in developing skilled communication and workplace skills.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply:

- MBA / PGDM in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
- MPH or a relevant public health qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D with relevant healthcare management experience
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Health Sciences with relevant industry experience
- Other relevant healthcare qualifications with demonstrated hospital administration or management expertise

Experience Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous teaching, academic, or corporate training experience is an advantage.
- Practical exposure to hospital operations, quality systems, healthcare projects, or administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
