DealnMeet is hiring energetic, results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Interns to spearhead our merchant onboarding (B2B) and customer acquisition (B2C) footprint across Kazhakkoottam and the Technopark ecosystem.

This role offers hands-on startup growth experience: you will interact directly with business owners, run on-ground activation campaigns, and drive adoption of a high-utility local platform.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Merchant Onboarding: Identify, visit, and pitch DealnMeet to local business owners (restaurants, cafes, salons, bakeries, car washes, and retail outlets) and complete their merchant onboarding.
- B2C Customer Acquisition: Execute targeted on-ground marketing around Technopark campuses, transit hubs, and commercial streets to drive app downloads and sign-ups.
- Transaction Enablement: Educate customers and store cashiers on claiming and redeeming vouchers at registered shops to ensure active, repeat usage.

Performance Milestones (1-Month Completion Target)

The full stipend of ₹8,000 is disbursed upon achieving the following combined targets over the 30-day period:

- Vendor Onboarding: Successfully onboard and verify a minimum of 50 local merchants.
- User Sign-ups: Drive at least 500 verified customer registrations on the platform.
- Redemptions:



Facilitate a minimum of 150 unique offer redemptions/transactions at partner outlets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Communication: Confident pitching and negotiation skills. Fluency in Malayalam is strongly preferred; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Tools: An Android or iOS smartphone with an active high-speed mobile data connection.
- Mobility: Ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for convenient local travel across Kazhakkoottam.
- Profile: Open to college students, recent graduates, freshers, and freelancers seeking high-impact ground sales experience.
