Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch sales and fund mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and fund mobilization to achieve assigned business targets.

- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.

- Promote the company's financial products and services.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

- Support the Branch Manager in monitoring sales performance and achieving branch targets.

- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

- Ensure proper customer service and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, preferably in financial services, is an advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Candidates should be result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
