Job Purpose

To support CSR program implementation, corporate outreach, project coordination, monitoring, and reporting to ensure effective execution of educational initiatives and timely achievement of project objectives.

1. Responsibilities

- Assist the Business Development (BD) team with proposal preparation and project documentation.
- Coordinate with program implementation teams to ensure smooth execution of CSR projects.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of program activities and outcomes.
- Provide operational support to the Regional Head.
- Assist in standardizing program processes and implementation practices.
- Prepare CSR annual reports, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with corporate partners and facilitate stakeholder visits and engagement.




- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct government school visits to monitor project activities and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, corporates, and other stakeholders.

2. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO programs, outreach, or project coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

3. Key Requirements

- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for government school visits and project-related activities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks effectively.
- Robust documentation and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
