About the Role

Casita Holidays and Hospitality is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in Vythiri, Wayanad.

The role involves assisting customers with resort reservations, accommodation enquiries, and holiday packages in Wayanad and the Malabar region. The selected candidates will communicate with prospective guests, explain available options, and help them complete their bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and WhatsApp.

* Explain resort facilities, accommodation options, prices, and holiday packages.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable stays and itineraries.

* Follow up with prospective customers and assist with booking confirmations.

* Prepare quotations and maintain accurate enquiry and booking records.

* Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to provide timely customer support.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Tamil.





* Malayalam communication skills are an advantage.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones and WhatsApp.

* Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining services.

* Willingness to learn about travel planning, resort reservations, and customer service.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or hospitality is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

* Monthly salary of ₹10,000–₹20,000, depending on skills and experience.

Working Schedule

Full-time, day shift. This is an in-person position at our office in Vythiri, Wayanad.
