Absolute IT is hiring fresh graduates through campus drive for the role of US IT Recruiter. This is a excellent opportunity for students who want to start their career in the US Staffing industry and work in an international recruitment environment.

In this role, you will work on US-based requirements, connect with candidates, and support the hiring process.

What You Will Do

Understand client requirements and job roles
Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
Screen and shortlist profiles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate data and basic reports

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / BCA / MCA (with strong technical background)
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
Must have a laptop (minimum i3) and stable internet (100 Mbps)
Basic knowledge of recruitment is a plus
