Agency Directory & Online Visibility Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an Agency Directory & Online Visibility Executive who can strengthen the company’s presence across agency directories, business listing platforms, review websites, and service marketplaces.

The role focuses on finding new platforms where the company can be listed, creating and maintaining accurate agency profiles, improving listing completeness, and identifying opportunities that increase brand visibility, credibility, and qualified business enquiries.

You will manage existing listings while independently researching new directories, relevant categories, profile verification requirements, and opportunities for agency recognition.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and maintain agency profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms
- Research and identify new agency directories, service marketplaces, business listing websites, review platforms, and industry-specific listing opportunities
- Evaluate potential platforms based on relevance to the company’s services, target markets, credibility, listing requirements, and potential business value
- Create, claim, verify, and complete company profiles on relevant platforms
- Maintain consistent company information, service descriptions, categories, portfolios, case studies, credentials, contact details, and other profile information
- Improve profile completeness, category selection, service descriptions, and portfolio presentation to strengthen visibility within listing platforms
- Identify opportunities to collect genuine client reviews, showcase successful projects, and improve the company’s credibility
- Research and apply for relevant agency directories,



partner directories, awards, badges, certifications, and industry recognition opportunities
- Complete profile verification, documentation, certification, and listing requirements where applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain accurate company information, project details, client testimonials, and supporting documents
- Monitor listing approvals, profile status, available performance metrics, incoming enquiries, and business opportunities
- Respond to or route relevant enquiries received through agency directories and listing platforms
- Identify outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent listings and take corrective action
- Maintain a structured record of directories researched, profiles created, applications submitted, approvals received, and leads generated
- Track which platforms generate meaningful visibility, enquiries, and potential business opportunities
- Review new listing opportunities regularly and prioritize platforms with the strongest relevance and potential return

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency directory management, business listings, online profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility preferred.

Practical experience managing company profiles across multiple directories and independently discovering new listing opportunities will be an advantage.
