Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technician - Maintenance to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting breakdowns, and minimizing downtime to support productive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
- Repair, replace, and adjust faulty components as required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in installation, commissioning,



and testing of new equipment.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance of industrial machinery (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Understanding of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or facility maintenance.
