Compensation & Location Monthly Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹12,000

(depending on experience and skills) Job Type: Full-time, In office Target Location: Nearby candidates preferred

What You Will Do End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions.

Onboarding: Welcome new hires and guide them through documentation and company policies.

Employee Engagement: Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a vibrant work culture.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, attendance registers, and basic documentation.

What We Are Looking For Effective Communication:



Solid verbal and written skills in English and the local language. Interpersonal Skills: A welcoming attitude and the ability to solve problems calmly.

Basic Tools: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic internet searching.

Proximity: Must reside in or very close to our office location.
