Senior Staff Nurse – Job Description
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, assess their conditions, and report changes promptly to doctors.
- Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise junior nurses and support staff, ensuring proper patient care and clinical practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Guide junior staff, manage nursing activities efficiently, and ensure smooth departmental operations.
