Core Responsibilities • Needs Assessment: Analyze clients' financial situations, income, dependents, and risk tolerance to propose tailored policies. • Product Education: Explain complex insurance terms—such as premiums, coverage limits, exclusions, and deductibles—in straightforward, everyday language. • Policy Comparison: Present pros and cons of various plans from insurers to help clients make informed decisions. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proposal forms, KYC records,



and disclosures strictly follow regulatory guidelines (such as IRDAI rules in India). • Claims & Renewal Support: Assist clients through policy renewals, service inquiries, and the entire claims-processing journey. • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client trust and adjust coverage during major life milestones (like marriage, having children, or buying a home).
