Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing purchase and sales invoices, handling supplier and customer accounts, assisting with GST-related documentation, and supporting the finance team in daily accounting activities.

What we are looking for

- Knowledge of: Purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- GST knowledge: Invoice verification,



purchase reconciliation, and input tax credit checks.
- Supplier and customer accounts: Outstanding payments, collections, and ledger reconciliation.
- Textile industry knowledge: Yarn purchases and sales, inventory records, transport bills, and manufacturing expenses.
- Excel skills: Ledger summaries, outstanding reports, reconciliation, and monthly expense reports.
