Role and Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate teaching and learning activities for Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG students.
- Implement the prescribed curriculum using interactive teaching methods, storytelling, rhymes, games, art and craft, and hands-on activities.
- Foster children's language development, early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and appropriate classroom management techniques.
- Monitor and assess students' learning progress, participation, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain students' records, assessment reports, lesson plans, and other academic documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behaviour, and developmental needs. Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team in planning lessons, celebrations, school events, and other activities.




- Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, workshops, and other professional development initiatives. Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the school management.

- Ability to maintain student records, anecdotal records and progress reports.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smart boards and digital teaching tools.
- Valuable classroom management and time management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with ECCE/Nursery/Montessori Training/TTC

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience. Freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
