About the Role

One IT Corp is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT staffing requirements using job boards, internal databases, and networking

- Understand client requirements and match candidates to open roles

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, and availability

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

- Negotiate rates and manage offer/close process

- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS

Requirements

- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter (staffing/bench sales background preferred)

- Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, etc.)

- Familiarity with US recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work US shift hours

Pay: ₹16,142.62 - ₹75,000.00 per month
