We are looking for a technically strong and commercially driven *Senior Sales Manager* with hands-on experience in *steam/gas turbine overhauling, large industrial pump maintenance, and rotating equipment services.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key industrial clients, handling technical-commercial proposals and tenders, and converting opportunities into orders across the *Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Power sectors.

* Identify and develop business opportunities with refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and Oil & Gas companies.

* Build strong relationships with *maintenance, mechanical, procurement, and project teams*.

* Generate leads and track upcoming *shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance projects, and tenders*.

* Prepare and review *technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents*.

* Coordinate with technical and management teams for scope evaluation and pricing strategy.

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders and convert opportunities into orders.

* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

* Support project execution and coordinate with customers and internal teams as required.

* Maintain sales pipeline, customer data, and business development reports.

* Undertake other operational and project coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

### Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s Degree in *Mechanical Engineering* or equivalent.

* Minimum *8 years of relevant experience* in turbine overhauling, large pump maintenance, and rotating equipment services.

* Proven experience in *sales, tendering, business development, and customer handling*.

* Experience with *refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, Oil & Gas, and other process industries*.

* Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment and maintenance services.

* Excellent *communication, negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills*.

* Willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.

* Based in or willing to relocate to *Mumbai/Navi Mumbai*.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹76,000.00 per month
