LOOKING FOR WOMEN CANDIDATES

EXP 3-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE

- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Calculate material, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses to create initial project estimates and long-term financial plans.
- Bills of Quantities (BOQ) & Tenders: Prepare detailed tender documents, schedules of rates, and BOQs so contractors can bid accurately.
- Contract Administration: Handle legal agreements, standard contract forms (such as FIDIC or NEC), interim valuations, and subcontractor payments.
- Cost Control & Value Engineering: Monitor spending during construction, evaluate design changes or variations, and suggest cost-saving alternatives without lowering quality.
- Risk & Final Accounts: Assess commercial risks, handle claims or disputes, and settle final accounts at the completion of a project.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
