Key Responsibilities

Party Coordination & Order Follow-up

* Order Management: Take direct follow-ups with clients (parties) to confirm purchase orders, specify delivery timelines, and verify custom packing requirements.

* Sales Alignment: Coordinate daily with the internal Sales team to track open orders, update product availability matrices, and communicate changes in delivery schedules.

* Customer Support: Provide swift updates to buyers regarding their shipment status, addressing queries about delayed dispatches or transit documentation.

Inward Material & Transport Management

* Inward Logistics: Plan, monitor, and manage the entry of raw materials and inbound goods into the factory or warehouse premises.

* Vendor & Driver Liaison: Coordinate with transport agencies and truck drivers to check timely arrivals,



minimize detention times, and optimize offloading schedules.

* Documentation Verification: Cross-check incoming Lorry Receipts (LR), supplier invoices, Delivery Challans, and packing slips against actual physical stock received.

Reporting & Admin Support

* Maintain clean daily logs of pending vs. fulfilled party orders in MS Excel or the company ERP system.

* Prepare weekly summaries of inward transport expenses and material delivery timelines for the management team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
