Job summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, handle client enquiries, and ensure effective communication and follow-up throughout the client engagement process.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with the business development and research teams for effective client handling.
- Follow up on client enquiries, ongoing projects, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records, interaction details, and follow-up reports.
- Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and support client retention.




- Manage client onboarding and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and relationship status.

Required qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, client coordination, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused approach with good organizational skills.
