Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Telecaller – Dispatch Executive to handle customer calls, coordinate dispatch activities, and follow up on deliveries. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to coordinate efficiently with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to customers regarding order confirmation and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of orders.
- Follow up with delivery personnel and transporters regarding delivery status.
- Inform customers about dispatch schedules and expected delivery dates.
- Maintain dispatch records, customer details, and delivery updates.
- Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries.
- Follow up on pending and delayed shipments.
- Update daily dispatch reports using Excel or company software.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Good communication and telephone handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates residing in or near Padi, Chennai, are preferred.
