Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries through emails, telephone calls, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain pricing, product specifications, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Identify suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, pending inquiries, purchase orders, and sales opportunities.
- Support the external sales team in developing new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, quotations, and follow-up reports in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, technical submittals, and sales reports.
- Monitor pending quotations and maintain regular communication with customers to improve conversion rates.




- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business development objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a robust interest in technical sales may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of mechanical products, industrial equipment, MEP products, or engineering components.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
