Job Summary

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to implement, configure, and support medical care software for hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and other medical organizations. The candidate will coordinate with clients, understand their operational requirements, assist with software deployment, train users, and ensure smooth system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure medical care software according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare staff during implementation.
- Understand healthcare workflows and translate operational requirements into software configurations.
- Assist with software installation, setup, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals.
- Troubleshoot implementation-related technical issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, and system integration where required.
- Maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and project status reports.
- Follow up with clients after deployment to ensure smooth adoption and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including development, QA, product, and customer support.
- Ensure appropriate handling of confidential patient and healthcare data.




- Provide regular updates on implementation progress, pending issues, and client feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
- Experience in software implementation, technical support, application support, or healthcare technology is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of software installation, configuration, databases, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with hospital management systems (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Understanding of hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or patient management workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, integrations, or networking basics is an advantage.
- Ability to train non-technical users and explain software features clearly.
