Job Summary

DR DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert specializing in organic social media growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and growing the company's online audience without relying primarily on paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement organic social media growth strategies.
- Manage company profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
- Research relevant hashtags, trends, keywords, and audience interests.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and website traffic.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage audience interaction.




- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Collaborate with the design, video editing, and business development teams.
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes and emerging content trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good copywriting, content planning, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Ability to analyze results and improve content strategies based on performance.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience in growing business or professional social media accounts.
