- Designing and developing PLC programs to control and automate industrial machinery and systems.
- Modifying and enhancing existing PLC programs to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other industrial control systems and software.
- Ensuring seamless communication between PLCs and other networked devices.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to PLC hardware and software.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support to ensure optimal performance of PLC systems.
- Conducting comprehensive testing and validation of PLC systems to ensure they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Documenting test results and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Offering technical support to clients and internal teams regarding PLC operations and troubleshooting.
- Conducting training sessions for operators and technicians on the use and maintenance of PLC systems. 1
