- Monitor overall plant operations and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor critical process parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow, density, and moisture.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare mistake analysis reports.
- Monitor PDS/BANK temperature and other critical parameters.
- Analyze daily production, quality, and process performance.
- Prepare the next-day plant operation plan.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Laboratory teams.
- Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Analyze labour costs, maintenance costs, energy consumption, and process losses.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
