Storekeeper / Store Executive – Furniture Manufacturing

Uvanta Living, a furniture manufacturing company based in Faridabad, is looking for a responsible and experienced Storekeeper / Store Executive to manage raw materials, inventory records, material receipts, and issuance to production.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to independently maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate daily inward, outward, and stock registers.
- Issue materials to production departments against approved material requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain organized storage and proper identification of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase department about shortages.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of plywood, veneer, furniture hardware, foam, fabric, adhesives, and consumables.




- Minimize inventory discrepancies, material damage, and wastage.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, interiors, woodworking, or another manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory management software.
- Understanding of GRN, stock reconciliation, material inward/outward, and FIFO.
- Ability to independently handle physical materials and maintain accurate records.
- Valuable organizational skills, honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preference: Candidates with practical experience handling plywood, veneer, furniture fittings, hardware, foam, and upholstery materials.
