About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – RCM to manage and oversee US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate should have strong RCM knowledge, team-management experience, client-handling skills, and exposure to AI-powered software, automation tools, and technology-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day US Healthcare RCM operations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and process targets.
- Oversee RCM functions including AR, Denial Management, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, and other applicable processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams while monitoring productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, workload distribution, and process coverage.
- Monitor key RCM metrics such as AR performance, collections, denial rates, productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.
- Identify process gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and process-improvement initiatives.
- Drive effective utilization of AI-based RCM software, automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Handle client communication, escalations, performance reviews, and operational discussions.
- Prepare and present MIS, KPI reports,



dashboards, and improvement plans to management and clients.
- Work closely with Quality and Training teams to address performance and knowledge gaps.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, client requirements, HIPAA, data privacy, and other applicable compliance standards.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development of team members.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 2–3 years in a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes and revenue cycle metrics.
- Experience managing teams and meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Strong exposure to AR, Denials, Claims, Payment Posting, Eligibility, or Prior Authorization.
- Good client-handling, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, RPA, or technology-enabled RCM solutions is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a US-aligned night shift.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
