About the Role

Daltin Edu Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling, high-impact content across multiple brands including , Daltin Portal and Delta Education.

This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with marketing objectives, understands audience psychology, and can write persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversions—especially in the overseas education space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Content & Copywriting

- Write engaging and conversion-driven copy for:
- Social media (captions, campaigns, reels)
- Performance ads (Google & Meta)
- Website pages and landing pages
- Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Blogs and long-form content
- Create compelling headlines, taglines, and campaign messaging
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all platforms
- Write fluently in English and Hinglish

2. Campaign Ideation & Strategy

- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and launches




- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns
- Contribute ideas for trending content, reels, and brand storytelling
- Align copy with target audience, funnel stage, and campaign goals

3. Performance-Oriented Writing

- Write ad copies focused on CTR, conversions, and lead generation
- Continuously optimize copy based on campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, and messaging

4. Research & Brand Understanding

- Understand the overseas education market, student mindset, and competition
- Conduct basic research to ensure relevant and accurate messaging
- Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms

Skills & Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in copywriting/content writing
- Excellent writing skills in English and Hinglish (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
- Ability to write transparent, concise, and persuasive copy
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
