- Attend to showroom customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Tata vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Arrange test drives and provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Explain finance options, exchange offers, insurance, and vehicle booking procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update lead details in CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on new Tata vehicle launches, product features, and competitor offerings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
