Job Opening: NEWTON ERP Implementation Consultant (3–6 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused, solution-oriented NEWTON ERP Implementation Specialist with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying ERP modules. In this role, you will lead end-to-end client implementations, gather business requirements, map business processes, and train end-users to ensure seamless adoption of NEWTON ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead project phases including discovery, business process mapping, module configuration, system testing (UAT), go-live execution, and post-implementation support.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Architecture: Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements and map them efficiently into NEWTON ERP standard modules (Finance, AP/AR, Supply Chain, Inventory, Production/Manufacturing, HR).
- Statutory & Integration Coordination: Assist clients in configuring standard statutory requirements (e.g., GST e-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS/TCS, EPFO/ESIC compliance) and third-party API setups.
- Client Training & Change Management: Conduct structured end-user training sessions for client department leads and operational staff, ensuring high user adoption and smooth transition.
- Data Migration & Master Setup: Assist clients with data extraction, cleaning, mapping, and uploading master data (Item Master, Vendor/Customer Masters, Chart of Accounts, Opening Balances) into NEWTON ERP.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, managing project timelines, risks, scope changes, and deliverable sign-offs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



3 to 6 years of direct experience implementing NEWTON ERP (or similar Indian enterprise ERP systems like SAP B1, Ramco, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with C-level executives, department managers, and key client stakeholders.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core business operations across:
- Finance & Accounting: General Ledger, AP/AR, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Costing.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Purchase Management, Sales & Order Processing, Warehouse Management, Stock Transfers.
- Statutory Compliance: Indian taxation (GST, e-Invoicing, E-Way Bill) and HR/Payroll statutory deductions (PF, ESI).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating complex business processes into clear ERP workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce (B.Com), or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)

- Hands-on experience or familiarity with third-party API integrations (e.g., Payment Gateways, WhatsApp/SMS Gateways, Biometric Attendance Hardware).
- Prior experience working in a consultant/client-facing role within an IT services or product company.
