Makeup Artist – Beauty Retail Sales

Location: TIRA Luxury Store, South Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Makeup Artist to join our team at a premium luxury beauty retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of colour cosmetics, makeup application techniques, and customer consultation, along with excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified makeup consultations, product demonstrations, and makeover services to customers.
- Recommend suitable makeup products based on customers’ skin types, preferences, and requirements.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Drive sales by promoting colour cosmetics products, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain product displays, counter hygiene, and brand grooming standards.




- Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, beauty products, and industry developments.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in makeup artistry and beauty retail sales; experience with leading colour cosmetics brands will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong sales ability with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a luxury retail environment.

Salary: As per market standards + Attractive Sales Incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
