Job Description: Dispatch Executive – Heavy Loading

Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Dispatch / Logistics
Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage heavy-load material dispatch, vehicle coordination, documentation, and timely delivery of goods from our facility at Sanand GIDC.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for heavy materials.
- Arrange suitable vehicles, including heavy trucks, trailers, and multi-axle vehicles.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and production teams.
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and LR/GR.
- Ensure proper loading, material verification, weight checks, and vehicle placement.




- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle records, and daily dispatch reports.
- Follow safety procedures during heavy loading and unloading operations.
- Resolve transportation delays and maintain dispatch records.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Experience in heavy loading and industrial material handling.
- Knowledge of Excel, ERP/SAP, and dispatch documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
