B2B Campus is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and logistics-related administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry, along with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Candidates who can join immediately and are based in Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby Tricity areas are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, documentation, and database management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Maintain attendance records, leave records, employee files, and joining documentation.
- Support employee coordination, internal communication, and HR administration.
- Coordinate logistics-related documentation, operational records, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a relevant industry.
- Practical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Skilled attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

- Applicants residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Kharar, Panchkula, or nearby Tricity areas.
