Job Description

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute outbound communication campaigns that support lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and customer re-engagement.

The role involves preparing and sending email and WhatsApp campaigns, organizing and segmenting contact databases, managing follow-up sequences, tracking responses, and identifying interested prospects for the sales and business development team.

The ideal candidate can manage outreach campaigns in an organized and consistent manner, maintain accurate contact records, and ensure that messages are relevant, professional, and aligned with campaign objectives. You should be comfortable handling prospect databases, monitoring campaign performance, and coordinating follow-ups to turn responses into potential business opportunities.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-ups, or database marketing will be preferred.

Practical understanding of campaign execution, contact-list management, prospect segmentation, and response tracking is key. Candidates who can demonstrate strong communication, organization, and data-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

- The ability to maintain clean contact databases, identify duplicate records, and prevent unnecessary repeated outreach.
- A basic understanding of lead generation, prospect management, and sales-support processes.
- The ability to follow campaign instructions, approved messaging guidelines, and professional communication standards.
- Attention to campaign performance, response handling, data accuracy, and timely follow-ups.
- An understanding of consent, opt-out requests, and applicable email and WhatsApp messaging requirements when managing outreach campaigns.
