We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Estimation Engineer with experience in commercial HVAC contracting to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and techno-commercial quotations for HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review HVAC drawings, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and associated materials.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial quotations.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Calculate material, labour, equipment, installation, and other project-related costs.
- Identify scope gaps, technical deviations, and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project execution teams.




- Prepare tender submissions and ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Maintain estimation records, vendor rate databases, and project cost data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably in commercial HVAC contracting.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and HVAC equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
