- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and discipline.
- Monitor employee productivity and work performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Maintain shift reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle operational issues and ensure proper shift handovers.

Candidate Requirements

✔Previous experience in a supervisory role.
✔Prior experience working night shifts is mandatory.
✔ Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.




✔Strong manpower-handling and coordination skills.
✔Ability to manage operations independently and responsibly.
