Job Summary

We are looking for a Freelancer Product Training Specialist who will be responsible for training and enabling Codevern's freelancer sales network.

The candidate will help freelancers understand Codevern's products, features, pricing, USPs, competitor advantages, demo processes, and sales strategies so they can confidently present and sell our products to potential customers.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong product knowledge, communication, presentation, and training skills and enjoys working with sales teams and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training sessions for Codevern freelancers.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, packages, and use cases.

- Train freelancers on product demos and customer presentations.

- Explain Codevern's USPs and competitive advantages.

- Train freelancers on how to position Codevern products against competitors.

- Educate freelancers about upselling, cross-selling, and additional product features.

- Create and maintain product training materials, SOPs, FAQs, and feature guides.

- Conduct regular refresher training sessions for the freelancer network.





- Answer product-related queries raised by freelancers.

- Coordinate with the Product, Sales, and Management teams to stay updated on new features and pricing.

- Ensure freelancers receive timely training whenever new products, features, packages, or pricing are launched.

- Evaluate freelancer understanding through quizzes, assessments, mock demos, or role-play sessions.

- Identify common knowledge gaps among freelancers and arrange targeted training.

- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and freelancer performance.

- Support the sales team by providing product-related inputs during customer discussions when required.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

- Ability to explain technical products in simple language.

- Good understanding of SaaS and software products.

- Strong training and people-management skills.

- Ability to conduct online training sessions.

- Good knowledge of sales concepts such as upselling, cross-selling, lead conversion, and product positioning.

- Ability to create structured training material and SOPs.

- Comfortable working with Google Meet, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.





- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- Experience in product training, sales training, customer success, business development, SaaS, or similar roles will be preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills can also apply.
