We are looking for motivated Faculty Recruitment Executives who can source, screen, and coordinate qualified teaching professionals for educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit faculty for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, CBSE, and other academic programs.
- Source Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and other subject teachers.
- Find candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and skilled networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and verify qualifications and teaching experience.
- Coordinate interviews between faculty members and educational institutions.
- Maintain candidate databases and follow up until successful joining.
- Handle faculty recruitment requirements across India.

Candidate Requirements
