Job Summary

Zeal Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries and guide candidates interested in IELTS, OET, PTE, TOEFL, and other English language proficiency courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students on IELTS, OET, PTE, TOEFL, and other English language courses.
- Explain course features, fees, class schedules, training methods, and available batches.
- Understand students' goals and recommend suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain enquiry records, follow-ups, and admission details.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Assist students with course registration and provide timely updates regarding batches.




- Build solid relationships with students and provide a positive admission experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and meet admission targets.
- Experience in educational counselling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of IELTS, OET, PTE, or TOEFL is an added advantage.
