Job Responsibilities

Recruit Inside Sales Executives as per company requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Contact candidates and explain job roles, salary details, and responsibilities.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

Daily Hiring Target: Ensure at least 2 candidates join as Inside Sales Executives every working day.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment.





Experience in bulk hiring or sales recruitment is preferred.

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.

Must be available to join immediately.

Ability to work independently and meet daily recruitment targets.

Important: Freshers are not eligible to apply. Only candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
