About the Role

Gagan Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Consultant to expand our third-party manufacturing and private-label business across India.

We manufacture a wide range of products, including Ayurvedic and classical medicines, herbal products, cosmetics, hair care, skin care and household cleaning products.

We are seeking a results-oriented professional with an existing network of brand owners, distributors, wholesalers, startups and companies looking for reliable manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current B2B clients seeking third-party or private-label manufacturing.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Connect with Ayurvedic brands, herbal businesses, cosmetic brands, personal-care companies and FMCG businesses.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate product specifications, quotations, samples and commercial negotiations.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed manufacturing orders.
- Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers and provide regular updates on business development activities.





Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or contract manufacturing.
- An existing network of brand owners, distributors or businesses outsourcing manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Experience in Ayurveda, pharmaceuticals, herbal products, cosmetics, personal care or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to demonstrate previous business development achievements and provide professional references.

Compensation

Competitive, performance-linked compensation based on experience and business generated. A commission-based or retainer-plus-incentive arrangement can be discussed.
