Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Coveo Developer with 6+ years of relevant experience to provide part-time technical job support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in the Coveo Platform, enterprise search implementation, search relevance optimization, and front-end development using Coveo Headless, Coveo Atomic Components, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

The candidate will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, configuration support, and development expertise to help maintain and enhance enterprise search solutions. This is a part-time job support chance requiring 2–3 hours of support per day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical job support for Coveo-based enterprise search implementations.
- Configure and maintain Coveo sources, crawlers, indexing processes, and content ingestion pipelines.
- Develop and optimize Coveo Query Pipelines, ranking rules, ranking expressions, and search relevance configurations.
- Build and customize search interfaces using Coveo Headless, Coveo Atomic Components, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Configure facets, filters, search result templates, recommendations, and other search components.
- Support integrations between Coveo and enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Troubleshoot indexing failures, search performance issues, relevance problems, and content synchronization errors.
- Implement and troubleshoot security trimming to ensure users can access only authorized content.
- Develop and support REST API integrations and custom data connectors when required.
- Use Coveo Analytics to monitor search performance, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements.




- Leverage Coveo AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance search relevance and recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance on development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills and Experience

- 6+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Coveo development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in the Coveo Platform and enterprise search solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Coveo Headless and Coveo Atomic Components.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong understanding of Coveo sources, crawlers, indexing, content pipelines, and synchronization.
- Experience with Query Pipelines, ranking rules, relevance tuning, and search optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with Coveo Analytics, search reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of security trimming, access controls, and enterprise content search architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide focused technical support within the agreed daily support hours.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating Coveo with one or more of the following platforms:

- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Sitecore
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Custom enterprise applications and content repositories

Job Support Requirements

- Support required for 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant experience and strong practical knowledge of Coveo.
- Candidates should be comfortable providing hands-on technical guidance, debugging, configuration assistance, and development support.
- Candidates should be able to understand existing implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend effective solutions.
