Interior Draftsman

- Coordinate with architects, engineers and interior designers to integrate lighting, HVAC, and ceiling materials into plans.
- Create detailed and precise working drawings in AutoCAD.
- Prepare documentation and reports on reflected ceiling plans for project meetings and client presentations.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to confirm feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to ceiling design and installation.

Interior Designer

- Create interior design concepts that are innovative, functional, and reflect client needs.
- Plan projects from scratch and produce detailed drawings for smooth execution.
- Supervise project execution on site so the design vision is delivered accurately.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals in a team-oriented environment.
- Handle project management – timelines,



budgets and quality standards.
- Maintain and present a portfolio of work to clients and stakeholders.
- Track art and design trends and bring fresh ideas into projects.
- Work with architects, designers and consultants to create cohesive, visually appealing spaces.

Requirments

- 3-5 Years of exepirence
- Reflected ceiling plans/services coordination
- Strong AutoCAD working drawings
